In 2026, I took part in the longstanding theatre tradition of Summer Stock. I spent a summer as an A/V Apprentice at the Santa Fe Opera in New Mexico. Over three months, we opened five major opera productions, which were attended by tens of thousands of patrons from across the southwestern United States. Additionally, I assisted in the maintainence of the Electronic Libretto System, which provides English or Spanish translations to each patron on an individual screen. Only two such systems exist- at Santa Fe Opera and the Metropolitan Opera in New York.

from Something Rotten! · A Logic Pro mixing project for the University of Cincinnati's Sound Workroom Practicum II
A project for my university's Sound Workroom Practicum II course, I took nearly 40 tracks from a 2023 CCM production of Something Rotten! and recreated the mix based on past experiences with the show and direction from professors.
Using VCAs, busses, and a host of effects, my design concept was to make the listener feel as though they were in the theatre space, hearing this live in the moment.
Theatre Arts Supervisor & Head of Audio/Video (Summer 2024 & 2025)
In two years at Tamarack Camps, a large overnight summer camp in Ortonville, Michigan, I served as both a Theatre Arts staff member before being promoted to supervisor the following summer. In the 8 weeks of camp, I led my staff of six through adapting and directing two junior-length musicals with kids aged 7-13. Additionally, I coached two groups of 14-year-old campers through developing their own short plays. Working with a staff from England, Scotland, and Peru, we taught regular acting classes based on the Viola Spolin method.
In addition to working in theatre, I supported the internationally staffed music team as the Head of Audio and Video for their 4+ weekly performances, totaling 65 for the season. In my first year, I was named "Color War Captain", leading campers and staff through an all-day physical and creative competition. This is the highest honor a staff member can receive, and a personal life goal achieved.
